Well, Lee Byung Hun is famously known for doing a lot of melodramatic roles in his previous movies (he has like a god-like fandom for women in Japan - since a lot of Korean melodramas get exported to Japan with subs).

I'm guessing he wanted to enter Hollywood before its too late (he's nearly pushing 40 - being age 37) and I remember him in one of his interviews for GI Joe saying he wanted to do a hollywood film for quite a while now.

While I did enjoy the film for what it was (although it was not great, just Ok), I did feel the final fight between Snake Eyes and Storm shadow a bit too short (seemed like only about 2 mins they fight), and I was hoping for a more fierce fight (maybe its just me but the final fight did feel a bit one-sided).

I just hope Ninja gives us longer and better final fight.

Scott's new pic with Bo staff(??) looks sweet! But I think I'll refrain from looking at more pics or videos from now on though. I don't think I want to be spoilt too much stuff on this film.
