Yes, he is. He's a Bulgarian actor named Velizar Binev who stars in a lot of Nu Image films made in BG.

Damn, I think I'm falling in love with this movie.

It would likely satisfy me way more than GI Joe rise of cobra ever did.

It's not that bad, but not that good either. I think the only thing that saved the movie from being a complete mess for me was Snake eyes (Ray Park) and Storm Shadow (Lee Byung Hyun) - that was the only reason I went to see it to begin with.

LOL, the only reason I would watch it is to see how Lee Byung Hun does in his first american movie. I also like Channing Tatum but only because he looks like John Cena.
