IronMan,

I trained with the TAGB (Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain) which is affiliated to the ITF. Trained for about 4 years before moving into Kickboxing under Anthony Jones of the American Kickboxing Association. I didn't become involved with the PKA until about 2 year ago. Tae Kwon Do gave me a great base for high flying kicks, it's a great Martial Art and I would recommend it to anyone! Hope this helps buddy.

Scott
