As anyone whos seen your demo reel and brilliant becoming Boyka clip can see you have married a balance of eating right, martial arts, gymnastics and fitness training but im really interested to know what split weights/cardio routine you used to build up muscle for Boyka originally and what you did to cut down for Ninja which from the photos and clips shows you to be at your best weight and asthetic. I would be very grateful if anyone could answer this whom had first hand knowledge of his weight training and supplementation

Scott usually isn't here since he's busy doing movies but you could ask other members like Boyka, Giangrosso or Loco for any weight training routines.

cheers stingray, ive read alot of the stuff on the site about his training before on the site and having been involved in fitness along time i know there is all sorts of methods and mixes (training/supplementation) he could have done but was very curious as hes one of only a few actors i would say have a true ability to craft there physiques so impressively, to my mind people like christian bale, Michael jai White, Hugh Jackman to name a few
