I have a few questions.

1.When you put weight on for Boyka in a short time,did you make first a massphase ,where you gained muscle and moderate fat,and than a definitionphase at the end of your diet??
Like a Bodybuilder?When I try to gain weight with good food,it seems,it doesn't work without gaining a little fat.

2.What about your Nutrion ratio (Fat,protein and carbs),that would be interesting too?

3.Did you use supplements like creatin?

4.You wrote,you suffer 3x a week in the gym ,do you make a Splittrainig?I am pretty sure.

5.Did you count your calories?

I am big fan of you and I hope ,some day ,you like to answer these questions.

Maybe,one of you other guys here can say something about it?

Yeah dude I think I can help a little bit... As far as I know Silvio Simac trained Scott for the role. So I guess Scott stuck to the Simac's diet and workout plan (you can google it). Silvio told me that Scott took whey protein + two more supplements but I forgot what their names were...
