Tsuyoshi Ihara ("Letters from Iwo Jima") and Mika Hijii ("Garo") will join Scott Adkins ("X-Men Origins : Wolverine", "Undisputed II") for director Isaac Florentine's "Ninja", now in pre-production in Bulgaria.

Adkins, in his fourth film with Florentine ("Undisputed II", "The Shepherd : Border Patrol"), plays a westerner named Casey, studying Ninjutsu in Japan, when he's asked by the Sensei to return to New York to protect the legendary Yoroi Bitsu, an armored chest that contains the weapons of the last Koga Ninja.

Accompanied by Namiko, the Sensei’s daughter (and formidable martial artist in her own right) they find themselves under attack by Masazuka, a former student turned high-paid assassin who believes the armored chest and the fabled Ninja’s weapons belong to him.

I SECOND THAT! ISAAC WILL NEED A COUPLE OF TALENTED FIGHTERS IF ITS TO BE THE AMERICAN ONG BAK.

yeah but if you look at ong bak...they just had mostly guys that could take a shot...Jaa was so outstanding there....so if they have a solid stuntteam and let scott shine it would work aswell...but if they bring on some talent they can make it even more crazy....can´t wait to see the first screenshots!!!

The African-American Techno-Pop star Mike Johnson in the role of a Sergeant in Nu Image’s new movie – “Ninja”.

The plot of Ninja follows an American named Casey who studies Ninjitsu in Japan.

Maike Johnson keeps on conquering the top of the Olimp mountain both in movies and in music business – in Bulgaria and around the world. The new role of the African-American Techno-Pop star is in the new action movie by the American company Nu Image – “Ninja”. He’s in the uniform of a Sergeant in the movie!

The director of the new film is Isaac Florentine. The famous names that are starring are Scott Adkins from Wolverine, Tsuyoshi Ihara from "Letters from Iwo Jima" , the famous veteran-actor Tod Jensen from Hero Wanted , Cyborg Cop and much more.

The plot of Ninja follows an American named Casey who studies Ninjitsu in Japan. He’s asked by his Sensei to return to NYC to protect the legendary Ioroi Bitsu, a bulletproof chest, cointaining weapons of the last Koga Ninja….

The thing Mike is most impressed of is that during shooting he went on a friendly talk outside the set with the star Scott Adkins and Scott demonstrated some master kicks in martial arts action style despite being with dislocated ankle. And when he was shooting a scene with the Japanese star Tsuyoshi Ihara, he said to Mike at the end of the shooting day in not so good English : “Thank you, my brother, for making me feel good.”
