I have bought this on dvd and its a real nice karate film about the true spirit of karate or budo...
the fights aren´t flashy but really well made and beautifull in a mor nudo kinda way than in a xma kind of way!

if you are into japanese budo philosphy and into budo this one is a must for you...

I really liked it it was a different approach to do a martial arts movie...

I'm really impressed you've seen the movie. I actually sat and watched it with Isaac Florentine when I was at his house in November and it really is a beautiful film. Actually it was our Ninja fight choreographer Akihiro Noguchi who choreographed the fights. One of his toughest jobs in this film is to make my fighting style Japanese like those guys, not an easy task for me. I'm glad you liked the movie, everyone should try and see it.

wow! Thx Scott! Well I started with traditional karate and did stuff like aikido, iado and kendo...so I am heavily influenced by the true budo spirit! Japanese styles are often not so flashy but have very clear and sharp moves...like the zen spirit...

Its awesome that you have the same coreographer!!! That would really fit the movie a lot....I can see another direction now for ninja..more epic! I am shure you are up for the task and it would be awesome to see you fight in such different styles!! Great I can´t wait to see the first clips!
