no not yet!! i am aware tho that jj. perry wont be the fight chreographer but they do have someone else who is very experienced and trustworthy for the fight scenes etc.

yes, Akihiro aka Yuji, the guy who was the fight choreographer for Special Forces.
I just hope that this film will be taken by a big company and eventually be theatrically released.

awesome news! i am so happy. NINJA will be much more important for me than FULL LOVE from van damme or any other action and MA movie. it´s my 100% favourite now.

damn that jj perry could not be involved with NINJA but i guess a japanese fight choreographer would suit the style of NINJA more than JJ´s style. JJ will be there for U-3 where he is the one and only best fight choreographer on the planet for this kind of movie (U-3) should no one else than JJ have the job!

scott adkins is filming wolverine and two starring movies with NINJA and U-3 all in 2008. it can be any better, right?

capoeira would be great so if these projects are sucessfull like undisputed 2 or better, then hopefully this would be greenlit and would be a different martial arts movie with alot of crazy aerial stuff

anyways i think we gonna see some cool stuff from ninja do remember on the poster he has a sword, so maybe some cool sword fights aswell

Mate, remember that this poster was made by Nu Image at the very beginning of this year. It's a common Nu Image/millenium practice to make the posters even before pre-production of the movie and sometimes they involve elements that are not in the film itself. But I'd certainly love to see that they put in the movie traditional ninja weapon as shuriken (the ninja stars), metsubushi and other smoke bombs they use when they disappear, ninja swords and maybe put some nunchaku. But, nevermind!
I have another important question though. From the synopsis and the things that we know for Ninja since the very beginning (as even Isaac said in the interview for yourvideostoreshelf.com) that the main lead will be played by an asian looking guy. And from the synopsis both AYAKO and MAZUKA (the main protagonist and the villain) seem logical to me to be played by Asians. The only character to be played by a caucasian is Detective Jim Freeman (certainly not Scott). So they should have changed the script because in that situation I don't see Scott playing any role and certainly not to be his first starring role (when Jox posted the synopsis he wrote - subject to change).
But anyway this is now my most anticipated project ever. The "dream team" (Isaac and Scott) back on track!

they will change the plot a bit to make the lead kaucasian and scott will rule this one so uh we all won´t believe it...this time he hasn´t to hold back for anyone and won´t get cut in the end...he can show us his unlimited potential so this one will be the american ong bak!!!!
