What styles of Martial Arts does Scott train and what are his grades.

As far as I know he did some judo and tae kwon do and is now a teacher at the pka (professional kickboxing association) in england....since he is wearing a black belt at seminars he is at least a black belt in kickboxing...I don´t know what dan grade or if he has another in any other style..like in tae kwon do....but he trains mostly freestayle martial arts like the xma guys...

he is well versed in many ma, as well as being a 7th degree black belt in hollywood do!!! he and tony jaa represent the most athletic action stars in the biz today, no stunt doubles, not even for the big falls, aside from jackie chan no other action star can make this claim. he is the wave of the future, wait till you guys find out what he has next! all of you here on this forum are gonna be with him on the way up! it is a very exciting time!

With you using a lot of martial arts in most of your films, which martial art have you found to be most demanding? And have you been practising any new ones?

[scott]I can’t say I stick to one martial art, it’s the art of screen fighting. I come from a Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon-Do background so a lot of that is in my style but like any martial artist these days you mix it up.

i think many will agree that every new film Scott makes action wise, there will bee anticipation as we know he will deliver. But Scott deserves it, its not been handed to him, hes worked very hard for it.

When I saw UD2 it was like completely overwhelming and I knew in that min that guy will be the man!!! why...because he is the only one that can stand toe to toe with tony ja but has the looks and also the body and appart from that he has something that all the xma guys don´t have....charisma, screenpresence and serious acting skills!!!!

Wolverine is such a huge thing and I know its not the end of the ladder...it is rather the beginning.....have him and loco on this forum and going along with him as he risis is so cool and very exciting....I think this is therefore the best forum to be in right now!!!
