I am really curious how this one turns out since its the first fight game cast qith loads of real martial artists.....I cross my fingers!!!

I seriously hope that it will rock and I hope that Gary Daniels will have some cool scenes .. but for whatever reason I dont have such a good feeling about it.

im curious about this too, lateef wont let us down!! hopefully it has a expensive look. i really hope this works, nothing so far has beat mortal kombat the original film! for game movies

I think that SILENT HILL is the ultimate video game movie (only the sean bean part doesnt fit, but as this was a producers, not directors decision it doesnt coutn for me

), but beside that I agree MORTAL KOMBAT pretty much made it to be at least somehow close to the game and it was a lot of fun to watch !

Hnmnnm, fingers crossed for a decent movie after Street Fighter tanked last weekend. Gary Daniels looks great as Bryan Fury (one of my fave Tekken chars) and the capoeirista they picked for Eddy Gordo was in Tom Tum Yoong with Tony Jaa - a great fight.

lateef is basically eddie goro, plus gary daniels, plus cyril insane parkour rafaelli as coreographer and the main guy is like the withe tony jaa and fought him asweel in tom yum goon...so martial arts wise it will be insane!!!

since I play sf4 now a lot I really thought its a shame how much they fucked that movie up....street fighter could be an awesome fight movie...with the right cast and script!

i still dont get how they struggle to make a decent streetfighter film!! give me some money and id be able to make a killer streetfighter film, with boyka as ken

Same here .. I never understood it. Just remaking "Bloodsport" would be a almost perfect "streetfighter" movie, but instead they always try to tell some epic story which has nothing to do with the game.
The best streetfighter is the short part with Jackie Chan and Gary Daniels in City Hunter

well the best thing is always to start such disaster movies with a cast of people with no martial arts skills except jc...but him we just give one fight in the end.....WOW!!!!

tekken is the first beat em up movie with a decent cast!!!

he was the wu shu sword guy that fought in the temple after lateef....

he really got hyped after his work experience with tony and kicked it up a notch......see yourself:
