Meet the Cast
Taking time out from their very busy filming schedule, we booked ourselves in to talk with Mile High's top stars.
Stacey Cadman (Poppy) and Scott Adkins (Ed)
Stacey, after following Marco round, Poppy finally has someone to reciprocate her feelings. It must be a boost to have seen Poppy's fortunes turn around?
(Stacey) Yes it has been. It's nice to have someone to look back at for a change!
(Scott) We get together in a funny way too: I'm stripping down to a gold thing, which has a zip in the front (!) and Poppy gets her hair caught in the zipper! I'm not saying how she manages it - you'll have to watch it to find out!
Scott, was it nerve-wracking joining the existing cast?
It's always nerve wracking, it's like being the new boy at school.
(Stacey) We're all friendly though!
(Scott) Definitely. It was nerve wracking to do the stripping as my opening in the series - some of the extras may have thought I was a stripper!
(Stacey) It's a really fun set and we go out a lot together.
Can you see Ed and Poppy getting serious? Marriage even?
(Stacey) We do get serious later on in the series, although I do dump him!
(Scott) I think they should stay together. I guess I can see them getting married, Ed would be up for it what about Poppy?
(Stacey) Yep, I think Poppy would do it.
What's it like filming in Spain? Do you get much time to enjoy the sunshine?
(Scott) It's great, but sunbathing time depends on what your schedule is fine. I was lucky last time I went because I only had a couple of scenes, so had the rest of the time to relax.
(Stacey) I really like it in Spain, because everyone gets the chance to read their lines together and spend time with each other.
Can either of you speak Spanish?
(Both) No!
(Stacey) I tried learning, but didn't get very far. Most people can speak English anyway, because we are in the tourist areas.
What is your favourite Spanish dish?
(Stacey) I love tapas.
(Scott) Hmmm…pizza! If I've eaten tapas I haven't realised!
(Stacey) You just wolf it down that's why! He doesn't even look at his food!
If you could join the Mile High club with anybody who would it be?
(Scott) I'd never do it! It's what bad people do!
(Stacey) My boyfriend…!
What's the worst flight you've ever been on?
(Stacey) None so far, touch wood.
(Scott) I've not been on any where I've been like about to die, but there's been a couple of long-haul flights where the seat hasn't gone back and the TV won't work so you're just stuck there!

(Stacey) I think mine was the same
Most Extravagant purchase?
(Stacey) My house.
(Scott) I have stupid amounts of DVDs - thousands of them and I don't even watch them all.
Best place to spend a long weekend?
(Stacey) Vegas. I won $100 there on the slot machines!
(Scott) Hong Kong, I spent Millennium New Year's Eve there and it was amazing.
Best ten pin bowling score?
(Scott) I've got three strikes before.
(Stacey) I don't really like ten-pin bowling!
Which of The Simpsons characters are you most like?
(Scott) I'm like Homer, cos I'm like Doh!
(Stacey) I'm not sure…
(Scott) You're like Maggie!
