The journey started from derby where me and neil(nizstar) had to get the bus at 3.30 am to london victoria we got to london about 7.15 am then took the underground to the excel london where the seminar was held. The seminar with Scott and Silvio kicked of at 10.45 am. Scott and Silvio came round to meet everyone, i had chat with scott which was cool. We started of with some warmups then went into throwing punches, kicks, blocks and dodges. This wasnt a session on how to do this in real life, this was for how it is done on film. There was alot of techinques you have to do to make certain things look better on screen than how you would do them in a real fight.
During the session Scott and Silvio would show us what we would be doing then they would come round showing us if we was doing it right or not. There wasnt many people roughly about 12 , so it was cool as we got more personal with Scott and Silvio rather than it being really packed out. The session was awesome and opened my eyes to how difficult fight scenes are to do and how demanding it is on these guys, i was dripping with sweat within 15 minutes lol. The session was roughly about 2 hours. It ended with a questions and answers session then we got photos and autographs with them!!
After me and neil left we went round the seni show to experience things there was everything for example arm wrestling,bodybuilding,capoiera,karate,muay thai,ufc,k1 etc etc. We walked round and seen don the dragon wilson so decided to get a photo and autograph with him also sat next to him was diane lee inosanto, dan inosanto's daughter you will see her in the left hand corner of my photo with don the dragon. We also seen randy Couture from ufc, then to our suprise as we was just about to leave we see Micheal Jai White chatting to scott adkins, so me and neil went over and got a photo with him which you can see below, he is a cool guy!!! overall the experience was well worth it and something to be remembered.
Big thank you to scott and silvio it was great traning with you guys!! Oh and the pictures with me and scott, niztar messed them up and they came out blurry . But the Micheal Jai White one came out good. Oh yea during the seminar this random girl came in she was a pretty girl must of been a fan of Scott think she wanted an autograph, it just made me laugh how she just walked in lol.
If Scott does another seminar i will definatley go again as it is an awesome experience and i recommend it to anyone if your within travelling distance. Scott and Silvio are great guys,cool sense of humour. I got a wicked undisputed 2 poster signed by scott, i will try and scan for you guys to see.
When me and neil got home we put undisputed 2 on lol, we was like cant believe met these 3 guys today .
